WHAT IS THE ORDER TIME FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Sachets and Lifts have a 3 day turn around and for Candles it is at least 7 business days.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SCENT OR PRODUCT STYLE OR SIZE THAT I LIKE BUT I DONT SEE IT ON THE SITE?
You may contact us and ask availabilty of the specific scent, everything is custom made so different sizes and scents are avialable upon request

IM HAVING A PRIVATE OR INTIMATE EVENT.
Fusion Scents would love to accomodate large or small custom orders for favors and gifts needed for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and more, just use the Contact Us form and we will respond within 48 hours.

CAN ORDERS BE MODIFIED OR CANCELLED?
Orders can be changed up until 24 hours after payment has been received. All sales are final. In order to offer equal quality customer service to each customer, cancellations for "full refunds" will not be allowed under any circumstances.
